Born from detailed knowledge of agricultural requirements, TURBODRY dryers are mobile direct‑flame dryers engineered for efficient, serviceable drying of grain, legumes and seeds. Models within the TURBODRY Series vary by dimensions, drive options and maximum production capacity, and can be configured with specific construction variants to meet farm requirements.

Compact Efficiency - Key benefits

• Thermal optimization: All generated heat is directed onto the product to be dried, minimizing losses and improving process energy efficiency.
• Temperature stability: The drying chamber lined with refractory material stabilizes hot‑air temperature for more complete combustion and energy savings.

Core components (visualizer)

• Loading auger: Loads the product into the dryer bell.
• Central auger: Transports product upward, reintroducing it into the drying area and assisting discharge of dried product.
• Swivel discharge: Allows gravity discharge or, where no slope is available, an electric motor auger ensures constant flow.
• Burner: Heat source for drying. Standard configuration includes diesel burners; methane or LPG burners available on request.
• Fan: Draws external air, channels it through the preheated furnace and sends it into the bell to reduce moisture uniformly.
• Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities using a drop‑expulsion mechanism, separating unwanted fractions from input or output product.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralized control of dryer operations in automatic or manual mode.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric): Mobile dryers available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive depending on operational needs.
