Designed for agricultural use, the TURBODRY Series are mobile direct-flame grain dryers engineered for efficient, on‑site drying of cereals, legumes and seeds. Models vary by width, capacity and power and can be configured with burner and drive options to match farm requirements.

Compact efficiency — key advantages

• Temperature stability — Refractory-lined drying chamber stabilizes hot-air temperature for more complete combustion and consistent drying.

• Fast drying — Large heat-exchange surface between hot air and grain enables reduced drying times without compromising product quality.

Core components (visualizer items)

• Loading auger — Feeds the product into the dryer bell for initial intake.
• Central auger — Transports product upward, reintroducing it into the drying zone and assisting discharge of dried product.
• Swivel discharge — Allows gravity discharge or, on level ground, motorized auger discharge for constant flow.
• Burner — Heat source for drying. Standard diesel burners; methane or LPG burners available on request.
• Fan — Draws external air through the preheated furnace into the bell to evenly reduce moisture.
• Expulsion cleaner — Removes impurities by drop-expulsion, separating unwanted fractions from input or output product.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual) — Centralized control of dryer functions in automatic or manual mode.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric) — Mobile units available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive depending on operational needs.
• Sensors — Temperature sensors for monitoring product temperature during drying cycles.
