Born from agricultural expertise, the TURBODRY series comprises mobile direct‑flame grain dryers designed for straightforward maintenance and configurable to specific farm requirements.

Compact Efficiency

• Thermal optimization All generated heat is directed to the product to minimize losses and optimize energy efficiency.
• Temperature stability The refractory‑lined drying chamber stabilizes hot air temperature for more complete combustion and energy savings.
• Drying homogeneity Continuous internal product movement ensures uniform drying and improved preservation.
• Fast drying Large heat‑exchange surface between hot air and grain enables reduced drying times without compromising quality.

Core components

• Loading auger: Loads the product into the dryer bell.
• Central auger: Transports product upward and reintroduces it into the drying area, facilitating discharge.
• Swivel discharge: Enables gravity discharge or, without slope, electric‑motor auger discharge for constant flow.
• Burner: Heat source; standard diesel burners, methane or LPG on request.
• Fan: Draws external air through the preheated furnace into the bell to reduce moisture uniformly.
• Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities by drop expulsion, separating unwanted fractions.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralized control of dryer operations.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric): Available PTO, electric or mixed drive depending on operational needs.
• Sensors: Temperature sensors for monitoring product temperature during drying.
