Product overviewThe TURBODRY series comprises mobile direct‑flame grain dryers designed for agricultural drying. Models differ by width, capacity and drive/equipment options and can be configured to fit specific farm requirements.
Compact efficiency- Thermal optimization: Generated heat is directed onto the product to minimize losses and improve process energy use.
- Temperature stability: The drying chamber is lined with refractory material to stabilize hot‑air temperature and support complete combustion.
- Drying homogeneity: Continuous internal movement of grain, legumes or seeds ensures uniform drying and consistent storage properties.
- Fast drying: Large heat‑exchange surface between hot air and product enables short drying cycles without affecting product condition.
Core components- Loading auger: Feeds product into the dryer bell.
- Central auger: Transports product upward, reintroducing it into the drying zone and assisting later discharge.
- Swivel discharge: Enables gravity discharge or, on flat surfaces, auger discharge driven by an electric motor for constant flow.
- Burner: Heat source for drying. Diesel burners standard; methane gas or LPG burners available on request.
- Fan: Draws external air, channels it through the preheated furnace and distributes hot air into the bell.
- Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities via a drop‑expulsion mechanism to separate unwanted fractions.
- Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralized control of dryer operations in automatic or manual mode.
- Drive (PTO and/or electric): Mobile units available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive.
- Sensors: Temperature sensors monitor product temperature during drying.
