OverviewTURBODRY series are mobile direct‑fire grain dryers designed for agricultural operations. Available in multiple widths and capacities, they can be configured with diesel, methane or LPG burners and offered with PTO, electric or mixed drives to suit on‑site requirements.
Key benefits- Thermal optimization - Generated heat is directed to the product to minimize losses and improve process energy efficiency.
- Temperature stability - Drying chamber lined with refractory material stabilizes hot‑air temperature for more complete combustion and reduced fuel use.
- Drying homogeneity - Continuous internal movement of grain/seed ensures uniform moisture reduction and better preservation.
- Fast drying - Large heat‑exchange surface between hot air and product enables shorter drying cycles without compromising quality.
Core components and functions- Loading auger - Feeds product into the dryer bell for continuous operation.
- Central auger - Transports product upward, reintroducing it to the drying area and aiding discharge.
- Swivel discharge - Enables gravity discharge or, when no slope is available, discharge via electric auger for constant flow.
- Burner - Heat source for drying; diesel burners standard, methane or LPG available on request.
- Fan - Draws external air through the preheated furnace and delivers it into the bell for uniform moisture reduction.
- Expulsion cleaner - Removes impurities using a drop‑expulsion mechanism to separate unwanted fractions.
- Electrical panel (automatic/manual) - Centralized control of dryer functions in automatic or manual mode.
- Drive (PTO and/or electric) - Mobile units available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive.
- Sensors - Temperature sensors monitor product temperature during drying.
