Overview
TURBODRY is a range of mobile grain dryers designed for agricultural use. They use direct‑flame drying to maximise energy yield and reduce fuel consumption. Models are available in multiple widths and configurations to match farm throughput and handling needs.

Key performance features

• Thermal optimization: Generated heat is channelled directly to the product to minimise losses and improve process efficiency.
• Temperature stability: The drying chamber is lined with refractory material to stabilise hot‑air temperature and support more complete combustion.
• Drying homogeneity: Continuous internal product movement ensures uniform moisture reduction across grain, seeds or legumes.
• Fast drying: Large heat‑exchange surface between hot air and product shortens drying times without compromising grain quality.

Main components

• Loading auger: Feeds product into the dryer bell.
• Central auger: Transports product upward and reintroduces it into the drying zone, assisting discharge of dried material.
• Swivel discharge: Allows gravity discharge or, on flat sites, motorised auger discharge for constant flow.
• Burner: Heat source; diesel burners are standard, methane (natural gas) or LPG available on request.
• Fan: Draws ambient air through the preheated furnace and distributes it into the bell for even moisture reduction.
• Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities via a drop‑expulsion mechanism to separate unwanted fractions.
• Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralised control of dryer functions with automatic or manual modes.
• Drive (PTO and/or electric): Mobile units can be PTO‑driven, electric or mixed drive per operational needs.
• Sensors: Temperature sensors monitor product temperature throughout drying cycles.
