OverviewBorn from deep knowledge of agricultural needs, the TURBODRY series comprises mobile and fixed grain dryers engineered for direct-flame drying. Models differ by size, power and maximum production capacity and can be configured with construction variants to meet specific farm requirements.
Compact Efficiency- Thermal optimization: All generated heat is channelled directly onto the product to minimise losses and optimise process energy efficiency.
- Temperature stability: The drying chamber lined with refractory material stabilises hot-air temperature, enabling more complete combustion and energy savings.
- Drying homogeneity: Grain, legume or seed is kept in constant motion inside the dryer for uniform drying that preserves product quality.
- Fast drying: The structure provides a large heat-exchange surface between hot air and product, allowing reduced drying times without compromising quality.
Main Components (visualizer)- Loading auger: Loads the product into the dryer bell.
- Central auger: Transports product upward, reintroducing it into the drying area and aiding discharge of dried product.
- Swivel discharge: Enables gravity discharge or, without slope, discharge via an electric-motor auger for constant flow.
- Burner: Heat source for drying. Standard equipment includes diesel burners; methane gas or LPG burners available on request.
- Fan: Draws external air, channels it through the pre-heated furnace and sends it into the bell to reduce product moisture uniformly.
- Expulsion cleaner: Removes impurities via a drop-expulsion mechanism, separating unwanted fractions.
- Electrical panel (automatic/manual): Centralised management of dryer operations in automatic or manual mode.
- Drive (PTO and/or electric): Mobile dryers available with PTO (cardan), electric or mixed drive depending on operational needs.
- Sensors: Temperature sensors measure and monitor product temperature during drying processes.
