How it works Water enters the machine center and passes from inside to outside through the two opposite filtering sides, creating two filtered streams that rejoin downstream. The belt remains stationary under normal conditions and the filter panels rotate only when the upstream/downstream level difference exceeds a preset threshold. Particles larger than the filtration opening accumulate on the panels; the belt lifts them to the discharge height where a counter‑current washing system using already filtered water removes the screened material. Backwash and solids flow to the central trough where the shaftless screw dewaters and conveys the material out. The simple design and fully automatic cleaning ensure continuous high performance and long service life.
