Product descriptionThe PV sluice gates are used as cut-off elements for channels, level adjusters and storage tanks. They feature an enbloc steel shield, laterally sealed with SBR elastomer hollow round bar, frames in standard steel sections and a driving system with a steel screw hinged to the gate. The handwheel is supported by a thrust rolling element and operates the screw directly, making the PV suitable for small dimensions and low hydrostatic thrust where no gearbox is required. Available with seals on three sides (PV3) or four sides (PV4). Standard construction in carbon steel; stainless steel on request.
