Product description
The PV-type sluice gates are used as cut-off elements for channels, level regulators and storage tanks. Each unit consists of an enbloc steel shield with stiffeners, lateral seals in SBR elastomer hollow round bar, frames in standard steel sections and a driving system with a steel screw hinged to the gate. The handwheel is supported by a thrust rolling element and directly operates the driving screw. These gates are intended for small to moderate dimensions where hydrostatic thrust is low and a gearbox is not required. Available with seals on three sides (PV3) or four sides (PV4). Standard construction is carbon steel; stainless steel available on request.
